Think Your Art Skills Are Impressive? This Man Can Paint Two Portraits At Once

As an artist, it’s incredibly easy to fall into a certain niche when it comes to your creative process.

Once finding an area of expertise, it often feels impossible to step outside the proverbial box and explore new motifs, styles, or materials. After all, who doesn’t love to stick to what they know sometimes?

Japanese artist Toru is breaking the mold and without words, he begs one very important question: When it comes to art, why be a master of one when you can become a master of many?

There’s no denying that Toru has unbelievable talent when it comes to his painting skills.

This Tokyo-based artist is most widely known for his Sumie-styled paintings, meaning that his preferred method is to use black ink.

But that’s not the only trick up his sleeve. He’s also trained in the art of pointillism.
